USA: KAFE FM Changes Radio Dial Position

BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- A Bellingham radio station is moving down the dial this morning. At 7:30 a.m. Thursday, KAFE 104.3 FM becomes KAFE 104.1 FM. The Cascade Radio Group station is exchanging dial positions with a station in Vancouver B.C. Airstaff from both stations are marking the occasion by swapping a four-foot tall "point one" for a "point three" at Peace Arch Park in Blaine at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
