Taiwan: RTI's brand new 30-minute webcast

To offer in-depth news, analysis and more feature programs to our listeners world-wide, RTI will be launching a brand new 30-minute webast called "RTI Plus" starting February 1st. The webcast will include news analysis (a program called Think Tank), the editorial Taiwan Perspectivesand features on prominent topical figures in Newmakers. In addition, there are two new feature programs: Soft Power and In Mystical Taiwan. 

Our analysts for Think Tank include Tamkang University International Affairs and Strategic Studies professor Alexander Huang; Chinese Culture University Political Science professor Tai-shuenn Yang; National Chengchi University Banking professor Norman Yin; Taiwan's former representative to the US, C. J. Chen; and National Central University professor Ho-ching Lee.

New programs will be available every day on the Internet at 1600 UTC (midnight, Taiwan Time).
