Bern, 10.11.2011 - The German businessman Karlheinz Koegel may take over the radio Basel,
has decided how the Swiss Ministry for the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications
(DETEC). Kögel Radio Basel had previously jointly owned by Christian Heeb, who sold his shares

With its decision, the Department has agreed to the same two changes in ownership requiring a

Karlheinz Kögel holds no ownership of other radio or television stations. Radio Basel AG guarantees
to meet all licensing requirements remain, in particular the Basel region focused on the programming
aspects of performance.
Radio Basel AG had the concession (then known as Radio Basel 1) in October 2008 by the
