BBS Bhutan sends study tour to KBS
Delegates from Bhutan Broadcasting Service visited KBS recently, taking part in study tour at KBS Headquarters in
Seoul and KBS Human Resources Development Center in Suwon, Korea.
The group of officials headed by Tshewang Dorji, Marketing Officer of BBS, had a chance to view the role of KBS as
the public service broadcaster as well as the recent developments of broadcast technologies such as Korea View,
a free digital multi-channel platform for the audience to access digital broadcasting without additional charge.
KBS World, a KBS satellite channel, is planned to launch its service in Bhutan early next year
